  • February 20, 2010 - Motorspot, Inc. Customer, Mr. Mike Kosters of Arizona has chosen us to supply his 15 X 6" Cadillac wire wheels. These have 48 spokes and fit his car perfectly. This very rare Cadillac is a show-winner many times and is used in parades and even on a poster. Mr. Kosters is a true enthusiast and puts his car to great use. No trailer-queen here!

  • February 20, 2010 - Bernard BLEIN of the Beaujolais region of France ordered a set of our Buick wheels with "smoothie" type caps for this fascinating 1948 Buick convertible. Mr. BLEIN's Buick is used in his business of wedding planning/transportation. A wedding is taking place in the background. What a great way to start out your married life.   • February 20, 2010 - Dr. Steven Alvarez Mott owns this stellar 1958 Chevrolet Impala convertible. The custom built wire wheels have a high offset to clear the rear fender skirts. This California convertible is one sweet ride.

February 3, 2010. Jerry Ski has an amazing collection of automobiles and this 1956 Thunderbird is truly a museum piece. Running wire wheels from Motorspot, Inc., our customer recognizes that when we say show-quality, we mean it. Note the rare 1957 fuel injected '57 Bel Air in the background and a Foose-built hot rod to the right.

     

January 31, 2010. At the Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona, California, we caught Motorspot, Inc. customer, Mr. Fred Rieneke of Grant's Pass, Oregon displaying his very attractive and detailed 1957 Pontiac Chieftain. Fred runs a Cadillac cap on his rims and narrow whitewalls. This unusual Pontiac deserves a Best of Show trophy in our view!  

           

  • January 13, 2010. Mr. Clyde Cherry of Zanesville, Ohio sent us this collection of photos of his Concours 1958 Thunderbird convertible. The wire wheels compliment this car dramatically. Note that Mr. Cherry is not running his fender skirts. Owning a 1958 ourselves, we think the open wheel well look is very appealing and naturally, you can see more of our wire wheels that way. Check out the photos of this highly-detailed beauty.

  • January 4, 2010. Mr. Matt Garrett has added this stellar 1966 Cadillac Eldorado to his collection. 19,000 original miles were clocked on this one-owner automobile. Mr. Garrett chose our 15 X 6" Cadillac 48-spoke wire wheels for this Concours car. The tires are American Classic, P235/75R15 and the width of the whitewall stripe is 1.6".   • December 24, 2009 - Mr. Phil Mueller sent us photos of his Buick Riviera that is now equipped with Dayton brand wire wheels from Motorspot, Inc. For our front wheel drive and late model customers, we feature Dayton Wire Wheels. Mr. Mueller's new wheels run 70 spokes and are bead-lace, direct-bolt style.

  • December 14, 2009 - 1958 Buick Roadmaster - Owners: Marie and Micael Strömberg - "We live in Sweden,and are very interested in cars from the USA. Our cars have been restored in Sweden. Look at my Buick, it is very beautiful don't you agree?" Yes Marie and Micael, we certainly do. Wire wheels on an extraordinary car like yours are a perfect compliment. We also like how the spinner hubcaps look on this model also.

  • November 6, 2009. Motorspot, Inc. customer, Mr. Mike Bagwell owns this rare 1948 Oldsmobile 98 convertible. Mr. Bagwell prepared his own Oldsmobile emblems to attach to his center-caps. The overall effect is jaw-dropping. This is an Oldsmobile done right! "I wanted to show you my car and thank you for the services that you provided to me.  I think the car looks extremely well". Mr. Mike Bagwell.

 

  • October 26, 2009. This special 1950 Packard is now adorned with our Packard wire wheels and caps. The size is 15 X 6. The owners specified stainless steel spokes and nipples for this restoration.

  • October 2, 2009. We don't often get to see a 'Baby Bird without its fenderskirts on with wire wheels. This owner's 1956 Thunderbird was a hit at the recent Belmont Shore Car Show in California. Note how nice the wire wheel looks in the continental kit cover. Tires used are Coker Classic radials.

  • September 25, 2009. This impressive 1950 Buick Special Model 46SD is owned by Buick Enthusiasts, Lowell and JoAnn Seymour. Mr. and Mrs. Seymour reside in Topeka, Kansas. The Seymours equipped their concours Buick with our Buick wheel and tire package. The wheels are 15 X 6 inches and are fitted with BFG Silvertown wide whitewall tires. The whitewall tire stripe is 2.75". The hubcap is our 3-bladed spinner with a Buick emblem.

  • September 25, 2009. Mr. Jack Wells allowed us to equip his stellar 1955 Thunderbird with our wire wheels. Mr Wells tells us he loves them. The wheel size is 15 X 5" with P205/75R15 tires. Whitewall stripe size is approximately 2.5". Thank you for choosing Motorspot, Inc. for your wheels and sharing these exciting photos with us.

 

  • September 11, 2009. This concours Buick Super received a fresh set of restored 40-spoke Kelsey Hayes wire wheels. We can supply original Buick Skylark wheels fully restored or we can restore yours to show-quality condition. Owner: Mr. Michael J. Moffitt - Hebron, Kentucky.

  • September 10, 2009. Mr. Denny Smith of Vandalia, MO, wanted to show us his new Buick wires with his wide whites that he purchased from us. Note how Mr. Smith selected the 3-bladed spinners for his wheels.

 

  • September 1, 2009. This is a real 289 Cobra owned by our customer, Mr. Joe Mcmurrey of Texas. It is chassis number cx2147. Mr. Mcmurrey called upon our restoration department to bring his rare Dunlop 72 spoke wire wheels back to life. The result speaks for itself. If you already own wire wheels that would benefit from our restoration services, simply give us a call or drop us an email.   • August 21, 2009. This 1956 Chrysler Imperial is owned by Mr. Kevin Baert. The gorgeous sedan is still finished in the original paint. The wide whites are bias-ply and are size 8.20-15. Kevin is presently working on the interior and plans to have the car in show condition upon completion. The Imperial wire wheels are 15 X 6".

  • August 3, 2009 "BEST of SHOW!". Mr. Larry Wescott of Spanaway, Washington sent us this photograph of his show-stopping and show-winning 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air. Mr. Wescott tells us, "Here is my finished 1956 Chev Bel Air picture I said I would send. First show with my new wheels and center caps I got best of show. The show only had about 200 cars but  the best part it was voted on by all the car owners. Thanks again. Larry Wescott". We can't take credit for Mr. Wescott's big win but we strongly believe that a set of wire wheels on a highly detailed car like this one are certain to capture those precious extra points on the Judge's scorecards. This is proof of it.

 

  • August 3, 2009. This Studebaker is one of our favorite customer's cars.  Robyn and Ervin Souder took their car on vacation pulling this period correct travel trailer. They wanted to share these holiday photos with us. We have equipped many show cars in the last decade that we have been in business but we especially like to hear from customers who are able to drive their collector cars as much as they want.

  • July 25, 2009. Motorspot, Inc. customer Jeff Ball has sent us these photos of his mild-Kustom 1958 Ford convertible with rare continental kit. Mr. Ball is running our 15 X 6" 56 spoke lip-lace wire wheels. The 3-bladed spinners carry special Ford emblems. Jeff joins with other top Kustomizers who use Motorspot, Inc. wheels for their cars such as John D'Agostino, Rick Dore and Oz Welch to name a few. The whitewall tires were also supplied by Motorspot, Inc. and are size: P205/70R15 by American Classic. The whitewall size is two inches.

  • July 15, 2009. This show-worthy 1958 Corvette is owned by Mr. Marvin Katz of New Jersey. Mr. Katz chose these triple-cross laced Dayton knock off wheels for his rare Corvette. We like the nice accent that the 2-bladed spinner offers and the period correct bias ply Firestone tires. Note the pie crust edge around the tires. These wheels are 15 X 6 inches. Mr. Katz says, "I love my new wheels, I can't stop looking at them." Neither can we!

 

  • July 7, 2009. From Staten Island, New York, we received these views of Mr. Terrance Sindle's rare 1963 Mercury Monterey convertible. We love the continental kit on the rear and our wire wheels complete the package. Mr. Sindle runs the three bladed spinner on his Merc'. We are looking for Mercury emblems to fit in the center of his spinners.

  • June 24, 2009 This classic Packard is owned by John Wise. This Florida based Packard rolls on our off-the-shelf Packard wire wheels. One of our favorite cars.

  • June 13, 2009. Mr. Peter Quintens of Belgium owns this stylish and powerful 1956 Chrysler 300B. Our 15 inch Chrysler wire wheels offer the correct Motor Wheel look.
    The tires are L/78 bias-plys with a four inch wide whitewall.

  • June 10, 2009. Motorspot Customers Roger and Marilyn Putt of New Zealand sent us this photo of their very pleasing 1956 Buick Super. We haven't seen this color combination before and obviously, with our wheels, Mr. and Mrs. Putt's Buick looks sensational. Roger and Marilyn are running the three-bladed spinner on their impressive Buick. The whitewalls are approximately 3 inches wide.

 

  • June 9, 2009 We have built our reputation on equipping Thunderbirds with our 56 spoke wire wheels. This very original and Concours 1963 Thunderbird is proudly owned by Dan Bouchard of Waterford, Connecticut. The tire size is P215/75R14. The whitewall stripe measures approximately 1.3".

 
June 8, 2009 - Robyn and Ervin Souder own this incredible and rare Studebaker. The wheels used are our Chrysler spokes. Mr. and Mrs. Souder added the Studebaker emblem themselves. Sweeeet!
